The championship standings after Round 2 have been uploaded to the website.
The Championship secretary has received information from the PK Memorial Road Rally that they will stay with the original date and all registered competitors have agreed to this.
Standings after Round 1 up loaded to the website.
ELIGIBLE VEHICLES– All vehicles must comply with MSA Regulations R18 to R18.6.5
Engine. The engines capacity must not be larger than was fitted to that make and model of vehicle by the manufacturer. Cylinder bores may be up to 60 thousandths of an inch oversize. The engine stroke must remain as standard to that engine block.
Gearbox. Only “H” pattern manual gearbox is permitted. The gearstick must remain the only means of gear change unless an alternative was fitted by the manufacturer as standard. Automatic gearboxes are permitted providing they are as fitted by the manufacturer to that make & model of car.
Tyres. The cutting of tyres is not permitted. Only “E” marked tyres are permitted.
Handbrake. Extensions to handbrake levers are not permitted.
Competitors are advised that scrutineers may check the eligibility of any vehicle at any event. Therefore, competitors must provide a method of sealing the engine, if they do not wish to be checked for cubic capacity until later in the season. Any competitors found to have an illegal vehicle, or to have removed the seal after a scrutineer has applied it, will forfeit all Championship points gained to that time. All costs of scrutiny are the responsibility of the competitor. Once registered for the Championship, you will score WAMC Championship points in all events completed.
The Championship secretary has received a request from the PK Memorial Road Rally to change date to 30 June / 1 July. As the championship has received 3 registrations to date, these crews have been asked whether they agree to the change, if they do the championship calendar will be amended in line with the request.

We also have had clarification from the MSA regarding the use of Yokohama A021 tyres.
"In accordance with L6, permission is granted for competitors to use Yokohama AO21 tyres manufactured before 1st November 2014, which is shown on the sidewall as 4314. Tyres manufactured after this date or with an ineligible manufacturing date are prohibited."
The link below explains the manufacturing dates shown on Yokohama Tyres, http://www.yokohamatire.ph/news-and-features/2014/08/how-to-determine-tire-s-age/
Obviously all the rounds that wish to avail themselves of this will also need to apply to the MSA for this permission to be included in their SRs.
